Wow wow wow very unprofessional!!! Never coming back here ever again and no one should ever come here ! The owner LORI was literally yelling at me on the phone . Long story short I went in today to sign up and I asked her “manager “ Juan Pablo if they had any day passes since it was my first time that I wanted to try it out first to get the feel and he said yes here it is he made me signed some papers wavers whatever and I got up but I thought he was going to give me a tour and nothing he didn’t even say a word so I was like oh okay my cousin came along with me and she was the one showing me around like it’s not her job to do it anywho I texted LORI tell her I didn’t get the tour she didn’t answer and she calls me back and she was yelling at me over the phone obviously taking Juan Pablo’s side saying I was the one that didn’t want the tour when he didn’t even say a word I did mention it to her that my cousin was showing me around and she was yelling so much she didn’t even let me talk and she said well at least your cousin showed you around like she shouldn’t that’s not her job ! Omg I’m very shocked !!! I’ve been doing hair for 10 years and never in my life yelled at a client the client is always right and want the best and want them happy and she didn’t so this I’m very shocked noon should ever go here can’t believe she was literally yelling at me on the phone just going at it WOW VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SO MUCH FOR...

The first time I came to motion fitness was when I was 16 years old with my best friend using my dads key fob to see if I’d like the gym. I was immediately stopped by Juan Pablo and told I shouldn’t have came using my dads key fob but let me and my friend finish our workout. The entire workout he was following us (underaged girls) and watching us work out. When we were about to leave he stopped us and told us we had potential and that he would be our trainer if we’d like, we politely declined. He then offered us to become members even though we were minor and this was an 18 and up gym. Us being young and not realizing this grown man was trying to groom us agreed. We worked out at that gym 4-5 days a week for 3 months, every time we saw Juan he would watch us and follow us around the gym. When I finally started to pick up on this weird behavior I decided it was best for me to leave the gym because I was so uncomfortable. I returned my key fob and told Lori the manager that he was being overbearing and making me feel very uncomfortable. My friend not to long later discontinued her membership due to the same reason. Juan Pablo then requested my UNDERAGED friends snapchat and instagram. He is a predator and it’s insane that he’s still employed there. Just letting any women know who are contemplating joining this gym. Be safe and careful of Juan Pablo....

The manager JP is a creep! Pulled me into his office one day (mind u I had already been attending this gym for like a year) n he goes on about how he’s never seen me before n I have a fantastic body n if I need personal training, he’d be happy to give it to me for free, even tho it “looks like I know what i’m doing”. I politely declined, however the SECOND I walked out of that office, he found me on instagram and snapchat n requested to follow me. Everything I posted, he would respond to with “wow so beautiful” & “let me take you out saturday” etc. If you want to be someone’s personal trainer, what a disgusting way to act. After about a month of him hitting me up non stop, I finally had to block him. Would always make me feel like I was being watched in the gym when I went. Sad, because I really enjoyed this gym but he just made me so uncomfortable I ultimately decided to cancel my membership after MONTHS of being too uncomfortable to go, knowing he’d be there. Tried to pause my membership a couple of times which I was told was allowed. I asked 6 days before payment usually goes through which has been plenty enough time for other places, but still got charged anyway. It’s a great gym with great equipment n never crowded which is why I joined, just disappointing how things unfolded because I really wanted to...
