I don’t know where to start! Crystal is truly gifted and has such a kind heart. My husband contacted her to make an appointment for me for my birthday and it was her day off but she insisted on coming in since it was my birthday and felt that it’s where she needed to be. He did his homework and research because he knew how much I Hate massages and even told her that and she still agreed to come in on her day off! Every experience I have had in the past was not a good experience. I didn’t like the pressure or it was awkward or couldn’t wait until it was over. So I was super skeptical going in and wasn’t very excited to say the least. In fact tried to get out of it. My husband insisted and told me it’s just what I needed and really felt Crystal would be different. Boy was he right and man was I wrong. Not only was it the best massage I’ve ever had, it was an amazing experience that felt left me feeling so much peace and joy and relaxed. That is not easy to accomplish with me. It was truly a healing experience for my mind, body and spirit. I walked in feeling super emotional and heavy and during the session I cried, I laughed and I talked a lot and she listened and talked with me and shared and it was like we had always been friends. It wasn’t awkward, the pressure was just right and I can’t believe when I checked my phone and saw she had gone way over our time limit. She just kept going because she knew I needed it and was so sweet about the whole thing. I couldn’t recommend Crystal more. Honestly, I can’t say enough good about the kind of person she is and how healing the experience was. She truly has a gift to share with the world and is sharing it with so much love, heart, soul and talent and not for the money. She truly cares. I can't say enough about CJ and her amazing gift and skill set in massage. Both of my pregnancies were very difficult. I dealt with muscle aches, and spasms that were so painful I couldn't sit. CJ was an absolute miracle worker. With regular massage sessions she was able to give me relief as I progressed through the pregnancies. With both my pregnancies I had extremely high blood pressure. I know that if it weren't for CJ and a schedule of regular massages, my babies and I would have been in danger. Because of her, I delivered my daughter at 36 weeks and my twin boys - who were Frank Breach - at 37 weeks.

Just a few years ago, I decided to compete in the Universal pageant as Ms. Colorado. I trained for months to get myself in the best shape I could. The workouts were pretty rigorous and my ability to continue pushing myself depended completely on my muscle's ability to recover. CJ's expertise in sports and deep tissue massage saved me once again. I competed in the best shape of my life (after having 3 kids) and and ended up getting first runner up!

The atmosphere was calm, beautifully decorated, and perfectly designed to help you relax the moment you step through the door.

We started with a soothing foot soak, tea and snacks. This was followed by what can only be described as the best massage we’ve ever had. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, from the pressure to the music and aromatherapy, it was clear that care and intention went into every aspect of the experience. The salt room was the perfect finishing touch, leaving us feeling completely rejuvenated.

The friendliness and warm demeanor of everyone was such a lovely bonus, and the endless supply of water was much appreciated. For the quality of service and the overall experience, the price is unbelievably reasonable…it’s truly the kind of place that makes you want to schedule weekly visits.
