Horrible horrible service from boost mobile and I mean the company not the employees. I’m going to switch companies because the service is horrible. I always get SOS even when I’m at home? Slow internet. Calls always dropping even the emergency lines. Can you imagine having an emergency and your call dropping when you’re at your house ??? Like excuse me what. I probably get like two good phone calls before the rest of the month I have SOS or NO SERVICE. I live in Heber and when I drive down to park city or Kamas or Provo or anywhere else I have SOS. Went to Boosth mobile with my elderly mother to upgrade her 3&4 G phone to a 5 G. It was hard communicating because of the young Lady working there spoke broken English. Then my mother had to speak with another broken Spanish speaking woman over the speaker phone. Instead of calling my mother miss or Ma'am she would say Lady whats your address, Lady whats the account phone number. The service was a bit slow to get everything figured out.
