Having used this pharmacy for years, I have found them to be very pleasant, friendly and courteous. I am surprised to see some critical comments. An example of my experience this week: My doctor told me they would call in my new prescription on the morning I saw him. I went to Smiths late afternoon the same day and learned my prescription was not sent in. Rather than the "front line" technician (Kaylee I believe) easily dismissing the fact and telling me I would have to return later, Kaylee offered to call the doctors office while I waited. Kaylee was easily on hold for 15+ minutes before she got ahold of the doctor's office. To make it worse, the doctor was with a patient so his office would have to call Kaylee back, which they did. Read moreSmith's Pharmacy has been my dependable choice for years, despite occasional frustrations with some pharmacy techs. Nevertheless, the standout professionals among them make it worth the occasional inconvenience. The good pharmacy techs dedication to professionalism has definitely improved my overall experience.

Then little things like, I said thank you, and got a rude stare and non answer in reply. Wake up on the wrong side of the bed? This prescription for my very sick child involved putting a single bottle of frequently prescribed liquid in a paper bag by the way. Next time I hope to have a better experience and...
