Parents: Do not let your teen work here!!! The manager, is extremely toxic. She has made many teen employees cry because she is very confrontational with them. She says negative things about employees to other employees and often accuses them of lying and stealing. She asks other employees to text disciplinary comments in the group chat so that she does not have to be the “bad guy” then direct messages the teen that it was meant for with a kind message to play the “good guy.” Her excuse for treating the kids bad is because she has always worked with police MEN and isn’t sure how to approach these issues with a teen. As someone who has worked at Starbucks as a barista for four years, coming to Black Rifle Coffee Company in Heber has been an eye opening experience. The service is excellent and very professional, the manager behind the team has trained his/her team excellently to always take care of the customer. Every BRCC Barista is there make you a premium cup of coffee and an experience you'll never forget and leave you wanting to come back for more. The biggest reason Black Rifle in Heber is so important for the community is because it's the first coffee shop to relate to the Heber valley. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I’ve been coming here since they opened their doors, I wanted to support businesses that supported Veterans and those who serve our community. Black Rifle Coffee as a company gives back to so many who defend and sacrifice for our freedom and way of life… I’m grateful for what they are doing and what they represent! What I didn’t expect is to gain a community family at the Black Rifle Coffee in Heber. The people who work there are fast, friendly, kind, and helpful! Everyone wants to go to a business where they don’t feel like just another customer, another number, and this place is the complete opposite of that!
