I can't rave enough about the great experience I had purchasing our new floors and the installation of them through Mountain Refined! First off Shawn was wonderful to work with and was so helpful and patient. I knew we wanted wood or wood look flooring throughout our house. He guided me through the pros and cons of each option and let me take samples home to look at colors. We eventually chose to go with solid wood flooring. He again walked me through the options, we made our choices and scheduled the work. The work began right on time and Brad who installed our floors was an absolute gem and one heck of a craftsman. Not only was he meticulous and had an incredible eye for detail, but he is such a nice guy too! He is truly an artist when it comes to installing wood floors. This review is a bit late but finally happening. If I could give a higher rating, I would! Shawn and his incredible team made a timeline crunch happen that no one else could manage in the area. Half of our house's flooring was stripped down to painted subfloors during the pandemic. We needed fresh flooring installed quickly so we could list our house and reunite our family across the country due to a sudden job opportunity. Within hours, Shawn met me at the store, came to our house, and got us a price estimate. Within days, we had fresh carpet and were THANKFULLY fast tracked into listing our house for sale. The house showed so well with this improvement. I am so thankful and recommend Mountain Refined and their flooring department to anyone who appreciates hard working, patient, and kind people. Nicole and the team at Mountain Lodge Furnishings are beyond fantastic to work with! Nicole is amongst one of the most professional, gifted and talented designers we have ever worked with. She is also an amazing person and so very pleasant. We are from out of town and are thankful to have a retreat home here in Utah. While we were in town, Nicole spent the better part of one day with us - easily and quickly understanding our vision, preferred colors, budget and timeline - and with a few follow up emails after that, helped us furnish and load in the entire home.
