āāāāā 5 Stars - A Retail Adventure on Red Steeds!
Oh, Target, you marvelous retail haven! My recent visit to your kingdom was an experience worthy of epic tales and lyrical ballads. From the moment I entered your realm, I was swept away on the back of a trusty red shopping steed, ready to embark on a retail adventure like no other!
Your aisles, adorned with colorful treasures and shimmering merchandise, beckoned me like a siren's call. The air buzzed with excitement as fellow shoppers embarked on their own quests, clutching their own crimson chariots. We were all warriors in the great retail battlefield, armed with our shopping lists and a shared sense of determination.
But it wasn't just the products that enchanted me; it was the atmosphere. The bright lights, the cool breeze of the air conditioning, and the joyful symphony of beeps and boops at the checkout lanes created an experience like no other. I felt like I was in a retail wonderland, where every aisle held a new surprise and every product whispered its own unique story.
And let's not forget the noble steeds themselves - the red shopping carts! These sturdy companions carried me through the aisles with grace and reliability. With each push, I felt a surge of power, as if my shopping cart and I were a united force, conquering the aisles one treasure at a time.
But it wasn't just the grand spectacle that won me over; it was the friendly and helpful staff who made this retail adventure even more extraordinary. With smiles as warm as dragon's fire, they guided me through the maze of options, offering their wisdom and assistance along the way. They truly made me feel like a knight in shining armor, ready to conquer any shopping challenge that lay before me.
So, dear fellow adventurers, if you seek a retail experience that combines excitement, convenience, and a touch of whimsy, look no further than Target! It's a kingdom of retail wonders, where noble red steeds await to whisk you away on a shopping journey like no other. Whether you're in search of everyday essentials or hidden treasures, Target is the place to be.
Bravo, Target, for creating a shopping experience that ignites the imagination and makes each visit a grand adventure. You have won my heart, and my shopping cart will forever be your loyal steed!

But not my experience today. Or perhaps two days ago. I went to buy a bike. The guy who assisted was No you can't ride it, No you can't do this. And I asked him, so what am I going to do, come back and bring the bike if it's not working?
When I could test the bike if it is
It isn't good to display bikes that are not in good condition and much more sell it.
The reception in the Guest Relations was kind enough to offer a discount because there was a big scratch on the alloy or aluminium of the frame.
I just used it in the curb in our neighborhood. Then the next morning as I was excited to use it, it was flat on the rear. I thought it was only for one time, I inflated it.
Then today again, I went to the garage and there you go, it is flat again.
So I called Target and askes if I can have the parts replaced. I was told I have to return it and if they have it then I will get the replacement.
I went there. I spoke to a lady who helped me, she went in the back and after 10 or 15mins came back to me and said, it will only take between 15-20mins.
My goodness my 15-20mins ended more than an hour, and everytime I was told when I would ask these young workers about the bike, when they would come out, it is always 5 minutes. I had 4 5 minutes with different things to say, I accumulated 20 minutes on it.
I couldn't wait anymore because I work from home. I told the Guest Relations what is going on and she told me, sorry it's just everyone is busy.
It is very inconvenient to buy something you think is of good quality because it comes from šÆ then on top of all this, will make you wait for more than an hour with the Covid-19 thing going on.
These young individuals should be trained to respect other people's time. People don't intend to stay hours in there. Just like them we also have use of our time.
Management has to see this side of employing young people. They will learn as they go but they have caused inconvenience to others already.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreTarget is Going downhill! Now itās getting as bad as Walmart where dozens of closed registers sit empty, few employees, and long lines of waiting customers. Iām giving an extra start only because of Jared (a nice young man with excellent customer service skills).
I stood in line for about 15 minutes to but a gift card. 14 registers and only ONE was open. The self checkout registers were also available. There were two huge lines wrapped aroundā¦a line for the one open register and a line for self checkout.
After chatting and debating with the customers around me, I asked the only checker if she would call for more help since the line was so long. She said āeveryone is on breakā and went back to checking. She never even summoned a manager or attempted to ask for more help.
I went to customer service while others held my place in line. There was a long line with two checkers. One employee (Jared) finally walked by and I was able to get his attention. I asked if we could get additional checkers. He said ā let me see what I can doā.
About five minutes later, Jared found me and came and told me to follow him. He opened a register. Jared made my day! After a long wait he took the personal time and attention to let me know that he was opening a register. Had it not been for Jared I would likely just never return to Target. If I have to stand waiting in line, I might as well go stand at Walmart where the...
