Delivered at the Websteraunt warehouse directly next store and decided to stop in for a simple oil change. Walked in and asked the girl at the truck service counter how long of a wait for a preventative maintenence oil change and chassis lube? She said, we can get you in right away. That was at 8:30 PM. Dropped my trailer and pulled in. Within 30 minutes i was told, we had a problem, the guy working on your truck got hurt and had to go home. The only other tech I have right now is out on a road call for a tire. Wait...what? How did the tech get hurt? Oh he was loosening the bolt to your oil drain pan and the wrench cam back and hit him in the forehead. He had a really big knot on his forehead and had to go home. My other tech shouldn't be long on that road call and will finish up your truck when he gets back. 3.5 hours later the other tech comes back from the tire call at midnight and goes home! Wait...for real??? The entire time my truck sitting in the shop half worked on. 12:15 the new tech for the night shift comes in, gets briefed on what happened...or didn't happen, and comes over to me to tell me he's going to start my work but unfortunately they only have two out of the three filters needed because the first tech who got hurt looked up the wrong filter. Luckily I keep spares and I literally just changed the filter 1 week prior to that service. Just do the service with the two filters that you have. Been sitting almost 4 hours at this point! The midnight tech goes on to perform my service and finish my truck finally at 2:00 AM 6 hours for an oil change, with three different technicians...2 of them being totally incompetent! One who can't remove an oil drain plug properly and the other that took 4 hours to replace a tire that was 20 minutes away! Honestly, I will never go for any type of service at this location ever again...and I only gave them one star on the review because zero stars wasn't an option! Betting if you read their eventual reply it will be the same garbage apology with a promise to look into it with zero corrective action. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR EQUIPMENT. THEY ARE...
Read moreI had bad experience with this location, I sign in 6pm on Friday evening get in the service bay on 8:30am on Saturday morning Sam Chases Box was bad on my Truck get dignose Tech said Sam chases needs to be replace I said ok, the service desk lady called the parts she come back with pricing new $2190 with core $2550 after market $1350 with core $1650 I said gave me 20 minute I called the Freightliner dealler Dunmore,PA 60 miles away after market $ 570 with Core I paid $990. When I get the part they start working with truck and come back in an hour the tech said I dont feel confortable continue this work, I ask what is going on he said not having enough experience replacing Sam chase fuse box. The same chase fuse box is complete only need open the 3 or 4 bolts outside and 1 inside then pull out bad same chases fuse box and put in the new one. All in all they said go to Freightliner dealer I wasted all the left 3pm on Saturday without anything . By the way there was no arguing or misunderstanding but we all had the right to ask. what surprises me was while puling out the tech come to me and apologise for waisting my time and I replied thank you .
I’m experience with 14 years I understand alot but not everything so I always ask and learn what I dont know with respect.
They were polite in communicating but they were mad bacause I knew they wanna take advantage of pricing. The next TA replace in 30 minute with only $67 labour I have all the proofs.
No hate but I hope the management would see this and change something.

Read moreThis is the first review in my life ! DON'T EVER USE THE SERVICE ! The service in TA is bad in general but this one is the worst ! These guys are so rude! Worst experience ever !!! I send my driver over there for regular oil change+ filters and fuel separator.Simple thing.He was waiting 4 hours. After the oil change truck was not working so they check "what's the problem" after 2 more hours in the shop they said that there is a less fuel in the left tank and they call me from the shop to ask for permission to work on the fuel system.WAIT WHAT ?! My truck was ok and we ask for oil change only.There were no problems! Then I ask to speak with the MNGR and he said I'm sorry sir we need to work on the fuel system you have to give us permission or you have to call towing. And you have to tell us now because we're busy (5am) and your truck is staying in our shop.OMG !! UNBELIEVEBLE ! But thanks god there was another driver in the shop at that time and he offer to my driver to pull him out with his flatbed chain. After that he just spray the filter with starting fluid and everything was okay. After this I'll never ever use that service for...
