WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Christian S. is apparently the manager of the store and I was so unfortunate to have dealt with him. HE WAS UNBELIEVABLY rude to me and my son. He told me the wrong thing on several occasions and kept changing the prices on me. I was in the store well over 2 hours. At one point, I wanted to buy a game that had the sale tag on it for the sale that supposedly ended the day before and he hurry up and grabbed it and LITERALLY put it behind his back like a child. I am honestly in DISBELIEF this person is the manager of anything. Please do not take trade ins to this location. I cannot even explain the multitude of how bad this...
Read moreIf I could post zero stars I would. Clearly they allow staff to ignore guests. This has happened on multiple occasions which is the only reason I'm posting this. It's always the same girl, the shorter one with a nose ring, Shannon. I've witnessed her ignoring guests in line while the others are working, with a line atleast 4 people deep. And ignoring guests to answer the phone instead of helping the line. I work in the mall and I am in atleast once a month to use my coupons and I just keep seeing this happen and it makes me think she is just picking and choosing who she wants...
