Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Hempfield Township

I love Victoria Secret store in general but the one in Greensburg the store itself is nice but some of the employees there are not helpful at all. I made a purchase one day and at the end of tallying everything up I told the employee that I think she charged me twice for one item and she told me that she didn't. So I decided to just forget it and check the receipt later on because there was a huge line behind me by the time I got home and looked at my receipt. I found out that I was correct she charged me twice for one shirt. So the next day I had to make a special trip up there just to get my money back when if she would have just listen to me and double-check the first time I wouldn't have had to make a second trip. I was so excited to receive a Victorias Secrets gift card from my husband for Christmas. I went to westmoreland mall store. I was never offered assistance. Tryed to find a few bras that fit. I was hoping to be fitted as I am 53 years old and have never been but that was not an option. I went out to grab my husband so he could help me decide on a bra. Disgusted at the rude treatment I received from the middle-aged, blonde smoker looking woman who I assume is a manager. I asked for her assistance with finding a certain bra and explained I wanted to look at two different cup sizes. She rudely interrupted me and said "you're either one or the other" and completely disregarded my feelings instead of just showing me the two different sizes or helping me get a fit.
