Charlotte Russe — Local services in Henderson

3/8/23 I believe, I went to your location at the Galleria mall to purchase a dress that my daughter wanted. I got the wrong dress. I went back the next day and exchanged it without issue. The associate at the register was professional and helpful. My daughter decided on a different dress so we went back to exchange it for something else. Before I paid the difference of the balance the associate "O" is what she says she goes by, acted as if I was going to argue the difference. She asked for my license. I gave it to her and while she was inputting my personal information I said I understand that's for an exchange, do you guys sell the information or pass it along? She became argumentative. As she's already inputting my information I'm asking her again what is done with my information after the exchange. She's not answering me and asking me if want to do the exchange or not. That's not the answer to my question. At that point I have someone inputting my information with my license in her hand and not answering me. I was poite. I asked "do you know the answer to my question?" She said no. I said "you need to know that because someone else will ask and will probably not be nice about you not knowing" she responded "you're the only one who's had a problem" By this time she has already entered my personal information so I said " you've already taken my information and can't tell me or refuse to tell me what will be done with my information." I politely asked to speak to a manager in which she was happy to tell me she is the manager. I asked once we were done if she could give me her manager's name card and her name so I can get my question answered. "I can give you the information. I only have pink paper. Is that going to be a problem?" I said "it doesn't matter. That's fine." She did a 180 turn around started to try to chat like we were having a good interaction. I said "let's please finish up. This has gone wrong. We'd like to go now." She only gave her name and the store's phone number. Please do not sell or distribute my personal information as it's been stolen before. Dealing with a passive aggressive teen who has my personal information in her hands doesn't make me comfortable at all. Store location: 1300 W Sunset Rd, Henderson, NV 89014

I went into this store on a Friday, tried on a dress I actually really loved but had to leave (my toddler needed to use the restroom, and there was NO waiting!). I rethought going back for it, but decided I probably didn't need it. Two days later, I was devastated about not purchasing it. I went to a Charlotte Russe in Las Vegas, and they didn't have "the dress". When I made my way back to this store, in Henderson, the limited stock on the dress I wanted, was gone. So, you may ask, "Why 5 stars?" Customer service is why! One associate shined like the shooting star she really was!! She called 2 other stores looking for the dress I wanted, and found one in Summerlin!!! I was ecstatic! She asked me if I wanted them to hold it, and then had them put my name on it (because of course I said, "Yes!"). Not only did she go out of her way to make my day, but whilst on hold making the second call to another store for me, she also opened another register to help a growing line (though still considerably short) of other guests. I would name her on here, but I didn't get her consent. But she was FANTASTICAL!!!! I'll always look at going back to a place where, even if they didn't have what I was looking for at that particular moment in time, had the customer service to still provide help to finding what...

The original Charlotte Russe went out of business due to bankruptcy. It was gone for a short time and reopened recently. Let me clearly state this is not the same Charlotte Russe it used to be before it closed. The new Charlotte Russe is no longer owned by the same previous company. The new Charlotte Russe is absolutely horrible. The store and clothes look exactly like Rainbow clothes. The store looks so cheap and has no sense of direction. The quality of clothes isn't even the same. I was disappointed returning here thinking it would be the old Charlotte Russe I loved so much. I was wrong. The sales associates are so lazy. They are nothing like the old ones. When you call to inquire about an item they won't even bother checking. They'll just tell you they don't have it cause they are too lazy and incompetent to check the store. The store isn't even that big. I cannot stand lazy associates. I doubt I'd...
