DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Henderson

Terrible customer service! Rude and was not greeted or helped while in the store. I wanted to buy 1 pair of shoes, 1 sweatshirt, and 1 pair of sweatpants. I was told that I could not use my $50 off coupon, that expired the next day, because there was a different promotion going on. I wanted to use my $50 off for the shoes then in a separate transaction use the promotion for my last 2 items. I was told that I couldn't do that. I said okay, I will walk out then return to purchase the 2 items... again I was told I couldn't do that. I said, so I cant make 2 purchases at DXL on the same day and the manager said that is correct. I will NEVER return to this location. I went to the Paradise location, where staff were helpful and accepted my coupon. It is all the way across town and to be refused from taking part in a mailed coupon...

Came by here the other day for some pants and upon entering the store was IMMEDIATELY greeted by an associate named AJ. She asked me what I was looking for an instead of just pointing me in the right way, walked me over and genuinely helped me find the right pants for me.

This was even more impressive because it wasn’t like I was the only person in the store, there were absolutely other customers. She just took it upon herself to show she cared and give me actual guidance.

I had been wearing a different brand and she convinced me to try another which worked perfect! So not only did I get more pairs of pants than I planned but I saved money. If you are lucky enough to visit the store when AJ is working, count yourself lucky....

I had a very pleasant shopping experience. This DXL store is hidden gem in Vegas, so I do not come often, but I am always treated well when I do. The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about their products and clothing. The level of comfortability that the store sets is high. The whole experience was very nice with no stress and I'll definitely be back again! Worry free environment.
