I refuse to return to this location and give a penny of a sale. I had no problem until the store manager Lisa was visibly upset that I came in for a return (2 earrings total-ing $22). I had bought these two earrings under a 'buy one get one 50% off' promo. These were both full priced items. I double checked with an associate at the time of purchase if these were refundable since they were on sale, which I was informed I would have no problem doing. I decided that I didn't like them as much as I thought I did in the store and proceeded back to the store to return a mere $22 in jewelry. Lisa refused to honor my refund for one of the earrings because the way they rang it up that earring came out to $9 and some change. She said "all items under $10 are final sale." When I informed her that the employee advised me I wouldn't have a problem returning cause they were technically full priced just under a promo, Lisa did not apologize for any misinformation but continued to give me attitude like it was my fault for not checking the bottom of the receipt for their return policy. I had to escalate to the district manager who was polite and understanding. It was the first time hearing an apology for this situation, which should have came from Lisa herself. The DM approved for me to go back to the store and get a refund. Now this store has lost a customer over a mere $9 as I had to take a 2nd trip for a return. There's a reason why there are other ppl listing her name over reviews, so it confirmed that I was not the only customer she treats in such inappropriate manners and I'm surprised this corporation continues to keep her as a store manager after a proven pattern of negative reviews. Read moreWent in today to find clothes for my daughter. They didn’t have her size so we asked if they could order them. The young girl at the register got the manager because she didn’t know how. By the time she came over the manager was very annoyed that we wanted to order clothes with them. She proceeded to make my daughter feel horrible and told the associates to tell the two people in line that they’ll receive a discount because it was taking so long. At first she said she had the items took my ID and then after 5 minutes of her incompetence she claims she couldn’t find it. The entire 10 minutes she repeatedly told the customers they would get a discount and acted annoyed she had to help us. I walked out of the store and found the clothes within a minute. So that manager lost a huge sale in clothes to give the 2 customers who had 1 item each a discount because she was annoyed at helping us order the clothes. We won’t be returning to this...

When I asked to get a fitting room she mad a face when looking at how full my hands were and said “yes but you can’t take all those things in there” she looked at me like I was going to steal. I only had my keys and phone on me so I don’t know where I’m going to put all this merchandise if I’m going to steal. Then she only gave me 3 items at a time to try on (I was trying to mix and match items) and never once asked if I needed a different size (which I needed) and I had to track her down so she could give me 3 items at a time.
