17 minutes ago This company has the worst customer service and has a problem fulfilling its obligation delivering quality furniture. Ordered living room and bedroom furniture for them and they were all delivered with inferior quality. We have been waiting for the accent chair replacement for a long time and all they keep on doing is delaying and delaying it. We ordered our furniture august 2020 and it's more than a year now and they haven't fulfilled its promise. Spoke to Regine who is the furniture department supervisor and she has not given any kind of reassurance about yeh deliver of the accent chair. She was rude and keep on repeating the same thing about having confidence that it'll de delivered. But I asked her when is the acceptable time frame for then to get delivered and she couldn't give me an answer. She only said things she knows and never tried to listen to customer's concern. Never again. Don't order furniture from pottery barn. It'll take you a good year to wait for it to get delivered. They will postpone and postpone and postpone. Save yourselves the headache and frustration, especially their customer service! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star! Better hire customer service people who are good in dealing with customers. What this company has now are bunch of people who can't solve problems and don't have any clue what customer service...
Read moreI am very disappointed in Pottery Barn and their customer service. I purchase the Hart Round Reclaimed Wood Pedestal Extending Dining Table, Black Olive, 63" - 79". It was delivered on 4/5/2020. We have never moved the table and have only used the built-in extender maybe 12 times at the most. We recently had a dinner party and opened the extender to allow for enough people to sit around the table. As the night went on, the top of the table became loose. It was easily moved by only resting your arms on the table. I called and emailed with customer service several times and was only advised to call Furniture Medic, a separate company here in town. I called and texted that company several times and still have not received a call back. I told Pottery Barn, I didn't mind paying for the repair but they do not offer that service for their products. In my opinion, their product should last more than 2 years and 1 month and if it doesn't they should be interested in making it right, especially if clients are willing to pay for the service. Read moreI’ve come here before and have had good experiences (hence the 2 stars) but today will probably be my last time. I came in for 1 simple item and when I went up the register the lady told me to go to another register in the middle of the store as she was helping someone. I told her no one was there and she said someone would help me.I lug my baby and myself to the other side of the store to then wait 20 min without being helped. Not one person came in that 20 min. When I decide to just walk out because screw this store I see the very lady that refused to help me helping multiple other people check out. I might not fit the average age of pottery barn shoppers in Henderson, however my money is as good as the AARP crowd. This particular lady needs to be taught about customer service and not sending a lady with a baby across the store to then wait with that increasingly cranky...
