Due to Covid19 all stores were closed on Mother's Day, so my husband purchased a gift card for me online. I had no trouble purchasing items for delivery with the first card, but when I tried to do "curbside pickup" with the second card I was facing a lot of difficulty. Susan, at the Green Valley District location, was extremely helpful. She made everything possible. I was hesitant to call, because I understand that this is a stressful time and difficult situation for everyone, but Susan was so nice and happy to help. I hate not purchasing clothing within the "brick and mortar" stores, but it was an acceptable adjustment until they are able to open again, thanks to services like that which Susan provided.
