We had been to several jewelry stores looking for a new bridal set for my 25th Anniversary present. Not super sold on what we saw, began looking at Jared's site. My husband found a beautiful ring enhancer. We stopped in the Henderson location met with Michael, the Assistant Manager and Jaime. Unfortunately, they didn't have the enhancer in their store as it has been sold a few days prior.
Jamie and Michael sat with us as we looked at the pieces they had and learned what we were looking for. Michael made a phone call and found it at another location and could have it sent over in a few days. My husband was leaving town on business for an extended time 2 days later. To ensure my husband could be there to see it, Michael picked it up from the other location the following morning and we came back that afternoon. Michael even brought a loose marquise stone, he thought would look great in it.
Jaime & Michael helped us as we went back and forth between ring centers, we narrowed it down to 2. At no point made us feel we were taking too long or pressured us on any choice. They said it was important to them we were happy with whatever we chose. We had a fun time chatting with them and they made the experience fun. Jaime even cleaned and polished my husband's wedding ring while we decided. We made our choice and sealed the deal. I wanted to have the pieces put together, so I didn't get to leave with it. I also left 2 other items for repair. Yesterday, my new purchase was ready. I was so excited. It is beautiful.
It really meant a lot to me personally that Michael went above and beyond to pick up the enhancer from the other store. I would have likely purchased it anyway but having my husband with me to see it in person and be equally as happy with the purchase to celebrate our 25th anniversary, was priceless.

This is exactly what happened to me. I was frantic! I tore my house apart, called the grocery store and fast food restaurant I had stopped at. The missing earring could not be located. My stomach was sick. What was I going to do? I resigned to the fact I was going to have to shell out the money for another pair that I couldn’t afford because telling my boyfriend I lost one felt heartbreaking. I wiped my tears and gathered the courage to call the store he purchased them from. I explained what had happened to the assistant manager Armando and asked what my options were short of buying another pair. After gathering some information from me he said let me look this up and see what we can do. Just a few , minutes later he got back on the phone and said he had located the transaction and as a courtesy could order me another pair and exchange them for the 1 remaining earring. You can imagine the weight that was lifted off my shoulders. He also made sure everyone in the store was aware of the situation in case I had questions or needed further assistance. 5 days later another associate, Fonda called to let me know my earrings were in. When I arrived Fonda had everything ready and the exchange transaction was simple and quick. The level of customer service this store and its associates demonstrated was above and beyond my expectations. My boyfriend, family friends and myself will never use another company. We are customers for life thanks to Armando and his staff. Read moreMy husband and I can't say enough good things about this location. From the extremely personalized and warm service to the quick turnaround times, we are loyal Jared customers. My husband purchased my engagement ring here and it's a good thing. He had never been into a Jared back before 2017. They walked him through the process and answered all of his questions without making him feel ignorant. He purchased the warranty (which I highly recommend) and that has been one of the best investments for our rings. We come in every six months to have our rings cleaned and rhodium-plated, making our rings look brand new.
What's great about this location is that Lee, the GM, is extremely knowledgeable and even helped me pick out my wedding band back in 2019. He remembers me every time I come in and we end up chatting as if we are old friends, and at this point, we are. My husband has become friendly with Armando (another great guy) and when he is at the store, I can look around and add pieces to my wishlist as they go look at the watches.
Today we met another extremely friendly salesperson named Fonda. We are not what I would call traditional, yet every person within this store treats us as if we were dressed to the nines. We have tattoos and usually walk in wearing t-shirts and jeans. Don't let yourself stay away based on any assumptions you may have about fitting in or not being a certain type of customer. We've been extremely loyal based on the service we have received. I am not the type of person who would return if I was not treated well.
