To be upfront, this IS my update for Friendly Hobbies Las Vegas & Henderson, NV.

Not for nothing, I am compelled to share my experience following my review of Friendly Hobbies yesterday December 4, 2024.

After my review yesterday, I had receive a phone call from a number I did not know. To be fair & to say, the number WAS NOT a blocked number, this was a very real legitimate phone call. That said, with all due respect to the person not to mention, this was a personal conversion, the name & position of such will remain that (personal/private).

It really is important for me to voice. I was very surprised this person took their time to contact me. Without a doubt, I do believe it was extremely important to them in hearing me. It truly is few and far between being given the opportunity to truly be heard openly & without rebuttal.

It is important to me to say, I was more than impressed and greatly happy and more than appreciative speaking with this person. Not everyone can be proper. Not everyone know how to communicate.

Friendly Hobbies has been there EVERYTIME I had need something. Whether they had what I wanted or not DOES NOT change the fact that they ARE and have been there.

Also to note, I will standby the fact that, if they did not stock or carry the item I had come to them for, they gladly offered order it or find one for me.

Knowing what I know about my hobby, I don't know everything. Being fair, not knowing everything, I absolutely can call or stop by or email them. They are there. I will...

Let me start by saying that I have had good experiences in the past , But today was horrible . The young guy was busy with a decent sized group buying 2 or 3 new trucks . The other older associate was helping someone on a 3d printer when I walked in . I waited about 10 mins without being acknowledged, then while waiting longer another guy walks in after me . The older associate recognizes him and runs over to him , turns out the guy behind me had an expensive item he had talked about purchasing and had returned to get it so he ran to the $$$signs . Then another 1 or 2 guys walk in behind him, and the younger associate asks on of them what they can help him with . All the while I've been milling around the store looking for my part I need to be over looked yet again . Not even have they acknowledged I'm in their store . Horrible service , and I write this knowing it wont really affect day to day business but the store needs to be reminded that with all the online options out there you have to give us a reason to want to spend our money at your store. I tried to support a small business but refuse to be treated like I dont matter to them . I can get that at a big box store or online so that's where i shall go...

There return policy is a joke and most the items for sale are marked up , lost my business, just started to shop online at other retail hobby stores and man there return policies are way better this place is a joke 🤦‍♂️ hopefully the marks location goes out of business 🤷‍♂️. - Update had the store owner reach out but I didn’t know the number so I didn’t answer, but they already lost my business, I’ve been shopping at AMainHobbies and Amazon , just finished 5 different builds from those retailers with out any hassle and even had to change rims out but they sent the new ones before I even had to send the wrong ones back that’s the way a Business should be handled, not the way I was treated at So called Friendly hobbies , and they had a jeep scx24 in stock at friendly hobbies I wanted but I just bought on Amazon because of the way I was treated at your shop . And they say they beat all prices yet the same truck I bought on Amazon was $15 cheaper , just look around and you will find better deals then your local store, I use to believe in supporting your local business but if the don’t support there customers why...
