I guess they’re running low on onions since I barely got any on my fries and none on my burger, both were requested and paid for. This is not the first time this happens. I’ve given this store multiple chances and they keep disappointing; they always miss/ruin something, missing spread, missing onions, missing tomatoes, saggy fries, you name it, there’s always a problem with them. Aside of that the girl that took our order today on the drive through around 1.30 - 1.50 pm was so lost! She couldn’t get it straight, maybe it was the fact that she wouldn’t let my husband speak and was constantly cutting him off as he’s trying to place the order, so then when she’s reading it back to us she had 3 items wrong! What a surprise. At this point my husband was seriously consider to just drop it and go to subways which I kinda regret not doing because once again, we ended up disappointed. Worst part is that some of this things could be fixed if we could check our food at the window before driving away, which we’ve attempted to do multiple times, but whoever is handing us our food to go asks us to move because we’re holding the line by making sure they didn’t ruin our order, so you know, we have to just drive away and deal with whatever they give us. It was around 1:13. When after waiting for long behind a long line of cars, not moving. We finally arrived to the (order here Sing) and a lady just said to us that they closed at 1am. We told her that we were waiting at the drive-thru before 1am. And she just said they closed at 1am. Sorry. We arrive before 1:00am they make us wait, more than 20 min. At 1:13 they told us that they closed at 1am. After we were waiting for so long. They were lying to us saying that there was an asóciate outside at 1:00am taking the last order. We arrive before 1:00am and there was no asóciate… . They say That at 1 am the turn off everything. And still make us wait at the drive-thru for long time and gaslight us. Make us waste our time and after they didn’t even wanted to talk to us. Even when we wait outside of the window and honked to let them know we wanted to know why wouldn’t they take our order! After like 5 min waiting a lady open the window just to gaslight us saying to us that we arrive after 1 am. When we know that we arrive before. 1 am. There was a car behind us and the man said to us (complaining) that he have been waiting for 20 min. I dined in with my 3 girls on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived shortly after 11, so had our pick of seats, but quickly realized getting there early and ordering in didn't mean we would get our food in a timely manner. The only thing I can say, much like everyone's favorite coffee place, is that it gets harder and harder to dine in because they prioritize the drive through business because it is so busy and get those orders out FIRST. When we ordered our food, the dining room was nearly empty...by the time we got our food, the place was elbow to elbow inside the doors. We felt rushed to eat quickly and be on our way because there were literally people trying to eat standing up. I would be VERY upset if that was me. In-N-Out, I see what you are doing and think it's cool to be a crowded burger joint, and making no effort to change that and make your customer's experience better. I remember your restaurants being like this since I was a kid, even, and it hasn't gotten better. Make the dining rooms much bigger, or REALLY speed up your in-service dining times.
