My girl and I recently came in to get her vintage emerald and diamond ring resized down a bit. Initially I called around town and was getting quotes of anywhere from 3-4 days, upwards of two weeks. My Jewelers happened to be right down the street from my house and when I called, the owner said depending on what time I dropped it off he could have it done within an hour. 5 star service. When we dropped it off, he explained the process and chatted for a bit and he was very courteous and professional and we knew we were leaving her ring in good hands. We went and grabbed some lunch and ran a few errands and it was done. The ring fit perfectly, and he cleaned it up so nice we were blown away because it looked even better than when I bought it from the original jewelers. It looked like a brand new ring. I needed to get an appraisal for my wife's ring, looked up jewelers and My Jewelers came up with great reviews. And it's only 5 minutes from my house. Ty was extremely helpful. I went back to buy a piece of jewelry, Ty's price was very competitive and the gems are superior quality. I have since had a necklace with emerald and diamond made for my wife. Ty and I sat down and worked out the design. He made it(very reasonable price for custom made), and now my wife gets a lot of compliments when she wears it, which is almost every day. I've already been recommended My Jewelers to our friends. If you're looking for a jeweler, Ty(and his lovely wife) at My Jewelers is the place to go. Forget the mall, too overpriced and the quality isn't as good as Ty's. My wife had several pieces of jewelry that she could no longer wear and wanted to have them made into either a ring, necklace, or earrings. George Tyler, the owner, gave us several options and suggestions for how he could redesign my jewelry. We have to say that what he did was fantastic! Along with making my rings fit better by resizing them, he put new chains on two necklaces that I could never wear before. The best work was done when he took a bracelet and made it into a beautiful ring. Then, George took the matching necklace and turned it into the most beautiful cross you have ever seen.
