I order online a Hi-point 10 mmm Carbine rifle to their official website and let it deliver at Sportsman warehouse at Marks St. Las Vegas, Nevada. I got my gun this after July 08, 2025. It was a terrible experienced after I put my Capital One credit card information to their Official website. The Hi-point 10 mm carbine rifle delivered at their store at sportsmanās warehouse at Marks St. Las Vegas Nevada and I received an email that I am able to go at their store for background check so that I am able to get my gun.They charge me to my Capital one amounting to $308.84. I was assisted by an Associate name Russ, he asked me to show him the physical card that I used online when I order the Hi-point rifle. I handed my Capital One card and he said that was not that I used online. He asked me to get my physical credit card or they will not conduct a background check and I am not able to get the gun that I already paid online and charge by their company. The payment already reflected amounting to $308.84 at my Capital One credit card but he still insisted what he saw to their document that I used a different credit card. I did not I allow them to use the card that I got from them before. I told to Mr. Russ that I use my capital One card but he insisted that I used the different one. I decided to call the Hotline number of their company and I was assisted and cancel my order. The customer service over the phone even talked to Mr. Russ at the phone and he cancel the payment amounting to $308.84 to my credit card. To make a story short. It was pain in the ass to order gun from them nowadays because I need to stay at their store for more than 1 1/2 hours and my wife bugging and calling me several times and asked me to me going home to take care of 3 minor children.My wife work 12 hours shift as Nurse at Federal Government hospital and she get off from her work at that time and needs to rest. I am the only one need to take care of children but things happened terrible experience to process my order. Mr. Russ only doing his job as an associate from that store but they need to look forward for this issue in the future because it will give a bad reputation to the company name for letting an erroneous recording of orders online at Sportsman warehouse. I went to the clerk, a gentleman with a mustache so that they would recognize him and I told him that I speak very little English and that if he could help me teach me something that I was looking for, all of this with the translator. The clerk practically ignored me until he told me to look for someone who spoke English to help me. I felt discriminated against by the clerk since that should not happen in this great country and I think that they as a store should find a mechanism to communicate with me since I was going to make a big purchase and above all they should be professional and not denigrate the people who have emigrated to this great country. I walked in and went to the gun counter and asked them if I could try a holster. I had a pocket pistol in my pants and I asked them "am I allowed to pull out my firearm and put it on the counter and test this holster". The sales associate behind the gun counter specifically said that it is okay for me to do this. So I did that, slowly, then showed the sales associate that it was clear, and then I proceeded to test the pocket holsters. Then a manager came out and was mad at me.
