The store is located in The District at Green Valley Ranch which is a nice looking location (reminds us of Santana Row in San Jose, CA). We ordered online, and it took about 12 minutes for them to make our order. I like how you can follow along with the progress online after you order so you know exactly when your order is ready for pick up. The restaurant texted us when our order was almost ready.

When you go inside to pick up your order, they check your mobile order and ask for your name which I like. I was in and out within a minute. However, we didn't eat our burgers until almost an hour later. I was still a hungry after eating so I will go elsewhere for burgers next time.

Black Truffle 'Shroom ($10.49): This was good but not as impressive as I remember from my first time trying it.

ShackBurger ($6.99): The meat was a bit dry, and the overall flavor was lacking. I had the ShackSauce on the side and used it as a dip, but it didn't make much of a difference. I preferred the 'Shroom burger overall.

Chicken Shack ($8.49): I added tomato, sliced onions, and shack sauce. I love the soft potato buns which are so fluffy. The chicken was still slightly crispy. I was surprise that there wasn't much flavor even thought I added additional sauce. The butterfly herb mayo was subtle and barely taste the shack sauce. I would probably choose Chick-fil-a deluxe sandwhich over this Chicken Shack

Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich ($9.29) + Bacon ($1.99): I don't think the bacon goes with this but my husband wanted it. The fried chicken was flavorful enough on its own and way better than the Chicken Shack.

Large Yuzu Honey Lemonade ($4.99): This was so sour but you can definitely taste the sudachi citrus juices. I would not recommend unless you love sour...
