Starbucks — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Must be training some new people because their customer service was atrocious! They need to train their new people at this location that the customer is always right and it's called "customer service" for a reason. Told the barista at the drive thru that I wanted to use points for my free drink and unbeknownst to me, I was supposed to also tell the barista at the window too.

1st mistake. The barista told me that she couldn't do it. Which is comical. I said, sure you can, get your manager. 2nd mistake. They proceeded to give me dirty looks thru the window, as if I care, then I suspect one of the managers (I truly hope it wasn't, but i think it was) tried to give me a lecture on how I need to tell both people that I want to use my star rewards, as if I knew they don't know how to communicate with one another.

Save yourself the trouble and hassle and go to the location on Indian Lake. WAY MORE PROFESIONAL and they actually KNOW what CUSTOMER...

I go every day and get a large java chip frap. I've given this store a lot of money. They are rude. They need to get ride of half of the staff and train them to make real coffee. But they don't make there drinks very good at all its really.but its very close to my home. I bought 2 big bags of coffee and this lady ground it espresso so I called and asked to have it reground. They said yes no problem. But I get there and they are acting like its my fault when I didn't tell her to grind it espresso. But finally after30 mins I got pissed finally she ground the coffee the right way "flat". But there r 3 Starbucks close buy. The main st. Has lost my business. Won't be spending $50 dollars a week there ever again. If you guys want real Starbucks don't go to this one. Unless a little man named Carl is there he makes it good. But he only...

My experience already started off badly when I stood in there for about 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order. Every worker in this Starbucks was very rude. This was my first time in here so I had no idea you get the drink and food at different pick up counters. No other Starbucks I’ve been to does it this way & no one told me that so I stood even longer thinking I was still waiting for my egg bites, only to find them at the other end of the store. Then get to work, make it half way through my drink and find a piece of plastic that looks like the top of a condiment. Disgusting. I will NEVER return here. This is worse than McDonalds level of customer service....
