I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment my party and I stepped foot into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. However, the true highlight of our visit was undoubtedly our server, Ash, whose exceptional service elevated our dining experience to new heights.
Ash, the epitome of professionalism and attentiveness, immediately made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for their work were evident throughout the entire evening. From offering insightful recommendations to patiently answering our questions, Ash demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the menu, ensuring that we made informed choices.
One of the most striking aspects of Ash's service was their remarkable ability to anticipate our needs. It seemed as though they possessed a sixth sense, always appearing at precisely the right moment to refill our beverages, deliver our meals promptly, or address any additional requests we had. They effortlessly struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our meal, ensuring that our dining experience felt personalized and tailored to our preferences.
Ash's attention to detail was unparalleled. They took note of our dietary restrictions and allergies, making sure our orders were prepared accordingly. Moreover, they provided valuable insights into the ingredients and preparation methods, allowing us to make informed choices that suited our preferences. Their commitment to going above and beyond to accommodate our needs truly set them apart.
Throughout the evening, Ash's genuine passion for the food and Outback Steakhouse's culinary offerings shone through. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and their descriptions of the various dishes on the menu left us eagerly anticipating each course. Ash's recommendations were spot-on, guiding us towards delectable flavor combinations and ensuring that each bite was a culinary delight.
Not only was Ash incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, but they also exuded a warmth and friendliness that made us feel like valued guests. Their personable nature created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, transforming our dinner into an unforgettable experience. They effortlessly engaged in light-hearted conversation, further enhancing our overall enjoyment of the evening.
The teamwork and coordination displayed by the Outback Steakhouse staff were commendable, but Ash stood out as a shining star. Their ability to seamlessly manage multiple tables while still giving each guest undivided attention was truly impressive. Even during busy periods, Ash maintained a calm and composed demeanor, ensuring that we never felt rushed or overlooked.
In conclusion, my dining experience at Outback Steakhouse was elevated to extraordinary heights, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ash. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor created an unforgettable evening. Outback Steakhouse is undoubtedly fortunate to have such a remarkable individual as part of their team. I highly recommend visiting this establishment and requesting the pleasure of Ash's service for an unforgettable...
Read moreWhen we got there I told the host "seating for 2 + a highchair". It was Valentine's day and though they were fairly busy the host did not seem frantic or stressed. He handled every thing & everyone exceptionally and with a large infectious smile that provided everyone with a refreshingly positive start to our evenings; too bad all of his coworkers did not share the pride he had in his work...
So, after waiting about 10-minutes we decided to grab drinks at the bar. Before we could finish them we were being seated, but I was told that at that time there weren't any highchairs available. I didn't want to hold my 1 year old while eating my meal, so I decided we would wait a little. We only ordered waters and a lite finger food appetizer to pick at a while. Every time a different person came by our table I would ask for a highchair, but each person responded in an oddly similar way, which suggested my request might be too easily forgotten amongst other/more imporant tasks they each seemed focused on remembering; our server was no exception. After taking our appetizer and water order, our server never even came back! Once, in the very beginning, I did try to stop him, but he just slowed his walk to a tip-toe, while I requested some silverware and paper napkins for the little one. Needless to say, they never came and neither did he. Not once! Eventually I had to ask for a new server, and though I didn't find out till we were about to leave, the woman I asked happened to be a manager. She, herself, picked up where our 1st server left off; from then on the service improved significantly. Also, soon after we started getting some attention, I happened to find a highchair on my way to the bathroom. Once that was taken care of I was as happy as can be; so when the food came out perfectly on-point, that was...
Read moreWent about 2 hours before closing. Was seated very quickly after placing an online reservation 20 minutes prior to arriving. Our waitress "Ash" was very tentative and super friendly. I would recommend you ask for her every time. The restaurant was about 2/3 of the way full.
Parking was somewhat cumbersome due to all the spots in the front and on the side were full but there is plenty of parking in the rear. Even though it's a long walk to the front of the building especially if there's weather or it's windy like it was last night.
The restaurant was very clean and extremely close to our hotel. The food came very quickly, the fastest I've ever experienced before or after Covid. There appeared to be no shortage of staff here. Our drinks came within minutes of ordering. Our appetizer, the Aussie Cheese Fries were melted perfection with tangy ranch dipping sauce. My GF and I split an entree of the Outback Center Cut Sirloin with loaded baked potato, and I had the mashed potatoes too. She also got their Mac and Cheese premium side. Everything was delicious. The steak was a little more pink than Medium Well should have been, but it was quite juicy needing no steak sauce. The steak also had some spicy kick to it, and I was glad I ordered sweet tea because I would need it. The bread we got was a bit dry also, but everything else was perfect, and the wait staff, along with the Manager, were very busy tending to tables and always smiling while doing so.
I was very impressed. Again, don't forget to ask for "Ash," not Ashely, just "Ash." This was our first trip to the city and to this establishment, and we will definitely be looking forward to...
