I must unfortunately update my review from three months ago. In February, I purchased a package from Thai Healing House for a total of six one-hour prenatal massages for $460. After receiving two excellent prenatal massages, the merchant refused to acknowledge the remaining prepaid sessions.
There appears to be an issue with the merchant's organization and record-keeping. Despite showing them my credit card statement confirming the package charge, they could not find any record of my prepaid package.
I am now eight months pregnant and in pain. I drove 45 minutes for a massage, only to encounter this issue. As a customer, I should not be impacted by the merchant's organizational problems. My previous experiences with other massage merchants have been seamless, with records of sessions and packages typically stored in computer software, requiring only a phone number for verification.
This merchant refuses to acknowledge four out of the six prepaid sessions. Their records consist of a handwritten notebook and the merchant’s bank statement, which they argue over.
On the day I purchased this package, the merchant (owner) was present and involved in the transaction. Due to this issue, I have disputed $300 of the package with my credit card. I do not wish to harm this small family business and am willing to pay for the two sessions I received. However, this experience was stressful, confusing, and disappointing, especially when I am seeking relief from physical pain.
I feel cheated out of money I prepaid for a service, and my overall experience with this business has been unprofessional. While the massages themselves were wonderful, this ordeal has left me unwilling to return or recommend this business to others.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Thai Healing House, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was calming, serene, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in creating a peaceful, healing environment truly sets this place apart. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to your needs, making you feel at ease the moment you walk in.
I was fortunate enough to have Tanya as my massage therapist, and I cannot recommend her enough. Tanya's expertise in Thai massage is unmatched—she took the time to ask about my specific concerns and tailored the session accordingly. Throughout the massage, I could tell that Tanya's approach was both intuitive and skillful, as she seamlessly blended traditional Thai techniques with targeted pressure points that left me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated.
What impressed me most was Tanya's professionalism and her genuine care for her clients' well-being. Not only did she address my areas of tension, but she also provided helpful tips for maintaining flexibility and reducing muscle strain. It’s clear that she is passionate about her craft, and her years of experience shine through in every touch.
I left feeling not only physically refreshed but also mentally balanced, which is a rare and precious experience that I will definitely be coming back for. If you’re looking for a top-tier Thai massage experience, look no further than Thai Healing House—and be sure to request Tanya for a truly...
Read moreMy wife and I had booked an appointment for us for couples massage at this location. I confirmed this requirement 3 times over the phone but unfortunately the front desk lady at the location on Sunday (12/22/24) doesn't speak English. After she said yes, we arrived on time only to be told she had understood massage for 1 person. This was very annoying and unprofessional. I don't have problems with establishments not speaking proper English but at minimum the expectation is that you have to have the person booking appointments have an understanding of basic English to make appointments. This was a huge waste of our time and 20 mins of travel to this location. The massage at this establishment is pretty good since we have been here in the past but this experience today has left us very annoyed due to the unprofessionalism and lack of ability to communicate with customers. To the business owners, the least you can do is have someone that speaks english to pick up the phone and then coordinate with your masseuse in Thai. Don't expect your masseuse that doesn't speak the language to handle communication with the customer. I don't blame the masseuse who did not understand the requirement and confirmed something, however, I lay the blame on the business owners who should have foreseen...
