It is sad to see friends of former employees/former employees targeting this business with false reviews just to cause the business harm. Don’t take my word for it, notice the negative reviews all have a theme in common , they are all youth and teens around the same age and go out of the way to mention the “employees are great though” (they are still friends with some of them) while providing little to no details about the actual product. It isn’t cool to attack people’s livelihoods and how they support themselves and families. Brazenly stating “I hope this truck goes out of business” what a shame. Growing a business is hard enough! Let’s show this small business support! Gavin impressively launched this business before the age of 19 and is growing it as a young adult! Kudos to him.

I was super excited that they started their online store and shipping was available. I placed an order and WAS CHARGED for my order and never received an email that it shipped. I emailed customer support a total of 5 times and not once did I receive a response. After failed email attempts, I called and spoke with I believe the owner and he said that he would look into it and call me in two hours. It’s been over a week and never heard back from him. I also submitted 2 inquiries on their website with zero response. Beyond frustrated, I texted the owner and with no surprise, he did not respond. So it has been a month since I placed the order, NO PRODUCT and NOT ONE response from anyone! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tell me why I didn’t even get a response from any of my attempts to customer service? I doubt anyone from this company will even see this, since they must not check their email, but hey, it’s worth a try! DO NOT ORDER...

The manager treats his employees worse than anyone I’ve ever seen. I hope this truck goes out of business. Edit: After my one star review, the manager made three of his employees put good reviews in to compensate for my review. Also, he gives me the creeps. Another edit: the manager posted on Facebook that two of his employees he “let go” were getting people to put bad reviews.
