I’m very happy with Lawall, as I have been a customer since May of 2024. I started out in Northeast Philadelphia with Ed Miller as my initial contact and then I went to the VA in Philadelphia for my treatment and they helped me with my do’s and don’t’s. It was really when I moved up North and the PA Mountains where it really helped my progress. I was directed to the Hershey Clinic and my point of contact was Jeff Koach and I have been working with him since December of 2024. Jeff has dealt with my stubborn proud self and helped me get through the early stages and take care of all the adjustments necessary. Anthony has been a very positive learning assistant and looks to be a very successful part of Lawall’s workforce. His main positive plus right now is his Customer Service skills. He definitely has the potential to be an amazing leader in the industry. Now today I have had the incredible opportunity to work with Chris Lawall, whom I had no idea he was a Lawall, and he ( as well as Jeff) has the Top Notch 100% Customer Service and Knowledge Skills that are so very rare and extremely valuable in today’s business environment! I am very grateful & proud to have them as my team in my progression towards the future. There are some people who, I feel, seem like they don’t have a clue what, when & how I’m supposed to do with my disability (amputated limb and diabetes) but the gentleman from the Hershey,PA Office have my 100% Support as well as my Gratitude! I’ve gone from Southeastern Pennsylvania with Dave Lawall and Jack Sebol (another A+) to upstate PA with Jeff, Anthony and Chris Lawall (A+). And from beginning till now I’ve been blessed with having them in my corner. Before I was hesitant about going for help and now I look forward to seeing them again. Thank you ALL for your help and attention to detail and especially my clouded thoughts 💭 on the matter. Not to mention the incredible work of the Lawall Secretaries who always make me & the Company #1 and keep everything going forward and keep us all smiling with confidence no matter what! Thanks Again and looking forward for my next meeting! Respectfully ...
Read moreThe nursing staff and MRI technicians were awesome! The woman at the check in desk was not nice at all! My diabetic husband was having an issue with his sugar dropping so we tried getting something out of the vending machines. We could not get them to work. I explained the situation we were in to the MRI check in woman and asked her for help. Her response was that I needed to call Pepsi with any issues with the vending machines. I explained that we were having issues just trying to use them as there were no directions explaining how to use your credit card. She said she doesn't use them and we need to call Pepsi! She did not offer to help my husband at all!
I explained the situation to the nurse that came to get me and she went to check on my husband and gave him OJ and crackers. She said she would check on him while I got my test done. I was not impressed with the response from the check in desk person, but everyone else...
Read moreMost of my doctors are with UPMC however, I have suffered from debilitating migraines since I was a young child. Throughout the years I've seen many neurologists with little to no results. The doctors and staff at Penn State Neuroscience department are OUTSTANDING!! I was taking a high dose of Topamax for 12 years and not one of my doctors ever told me it was the source of my chronic kidney stones, until I went to Penn State! I'm now off the Topamax and receiving Botox injections every few months which have helped me tremendously! Before I was on Topamax, Nurtec, Amovig Injections and several other medications which didn't prevent me from still getting migraines along with a laundry list of side effects. I no longer take anything other than some extra strength Tylenol on occasion and my Botox injections every few months. The help I have received from the Penn State Neuroscience department has been life changing,...
