Del Taco — Restaurant in Hesperia

This place is awful with customer service and ripping people off! A while back I ordered on the app, they were out of 2 things I ordered, even though the app let me order and charged me for them. They kept claiming they "couldn't give me a refund" all they could do was give me something else. All their suggestions were a bit cheaper than I paid, plus, I didn't want anything else! They told me I had to go through the app to request a refund. There's no way to get ahold of anybody through the app, and even submitting complaints or anything you don't even get an automated response. I tried for a week getting ahold of someone with no luck, and finally had to have my back do a charge back. I never order on the app anymore. Fast forward to tonight now, I took my family in for taco Tuesday, and thought the total seemed high, but there was a new guy working who had had an experienced employee come over and show him how to do the taco Tuesday discount, so I knew it was applied and just thought, man prices have sure gone up. Got home and realized he had rang me up for their most expensive Tacos, so even with the discount, they were twice the price of the other ones! I guess I have to start knowing exactly how much my order should be. And of course, there's no way to get ahold of anyone...

So today after a long cold day of doing my class final, I decided to go to Del Taco and get a tasty delightful meal to satisfy my hunger. I was hungry, I hadn't eaten breakfast yet my stomach was rumbling, my skin was breaking out in hives, my insides were itching, my liver was all twisted up because of how hungry I was. However, I was waiting for about 5-6 minutes before my order was taken it felt like an eternity. Along with that once we received the food it was horrendous. It looked like they slapped the least amount of beans on my tostada compared to other Del Tacos it looked like nothing, the nachos had no cheese at all. I think the service was unacceptable, the workers performance was lazy. I don't think the quality is worth the money. I will definitely not be going back to...

So tonight 4/12/22 after a long day we decided to treat ourselves to some del taco. Well what a waste of our money. The owner really needs to train the employees on how to make a simple burrito the meat and cheese goes inside of it. Next for 25 bucks and change I would think my order would have been correct but guess that high minimum wage you dont get any better service you just pay more. This is my fault for not tearing the three bags apart to count each thing I ordered guess thats on me my bad .... Thought I paid for the correct order. Next is the best when you keep treating your customers bad sooner or later you wont have customers to buy your high priced food. I will never ever give my money for anything from this establishment again. Thanks for helping me out with...
