Horrible experience at this Fresco location, makes me not want to shop this brand anymore.
My experience from beginning to end.
Upon arrival to the store, not a single hand sanitizer available (common in many other grocery sites due to COVID)
No help was offered by any associate, seemed like some where trying to walk away from the customers.
Upon check out: Only 3 registers were open (note that 20 items or less line was closed)
Cashier “Martha” never greeted us nor made eye contact. She requested identification in order to complete alcohol purchase and she was provided with it. However Martha seemed unprepared or not trained to handle government issued ID’s and decided to yell at her manager who was standing by the entrance to come to her register. (Note the customer had no idea what’s going on) The manager “Licet” failed to greet the customer and proceeded to state this is normal procedure in Fresco stores, i requested to Licet for her to explain the reasoning behind a customer having to wait because the staff was not properly trained and Licet’s answer was “have a nice day” there is no need to continue this conversation.
I left the store with not only disappointment but also surprised this Poor customer relations are used by the Fresco brand.

I told them that can’t be because I still have stuff left thanks to the WIC app and they just refilled. They still rudely insist, loudly might I add, that the card doesn’t have anything in it when I know they have to press something on the screen to pass the verified products. Read moreTerrible customer service, misleading deals. If u have a question and can't speak English good luck with trying to translate. Manager who works Sunday at 5 pm was rude and did not try to help solve the problem. I suggested they re-label or reword their "deal" and was told no that it dosen't.... I am the customer and there WAS NO customer service. I promptly gave them back their card i signed up for and told them take it back I will not be shopping here again. Save ur time and money go to Penn Dutch and Wal-Mart or public next door..newhere but this place; better deals on meat and drinks which is what I was buying.
