Beware of the Red Head/ Cuidado con la Pelirroja!

I came in to have a late lunch as I have at other Chipotle’s and the experience was horrible. The staff serving the food in the counter was more focused on the online orders than actually helping customers. When it was finally my turn to order, the young girl that served me ( a skinny young girl with braids and dark skin) didn’t even greet me, just very abruptly asked what I wanted and started throwing food on my bowl. When I politely asked for more chicken because she spilled most of the one she was going to serve me out of the bowl, she refused and her coworker (redhead) rudely told me then that if I wanted more I had to pay extra. Which I did, even tho I thought it was really unfair. The second girl, was rude, rolled her eyes at me and then mocked me laughing along with the first one, the one who served the insulting amount of chicken. I love Chipotle’s food, but this experience was definitely one that would not want anyone to go through. Hope this staff members get the training they need to deal with the public. Otherwise please do remove them from the staff, as they dont know the basics of human decency.

Yesterday, October 31, 2018, I went to eat at this restaurant and the way I was treated it was very exhausting. I had to repeat the order over and over. Me and my husband ordered some hard barbacao tacos and a bowl of carnitas and she served me very little of barbacao meat in my tacos and when I told her to put a little more meat because they were only 3 little pieces of meat I am very disappointed by the experience that we had to go tru and chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants but It gave me a big stomach pain I have pain in the stomach because the food was reheated and not fresh plus when they were serving me and my husband's food and the other clients I saw a girl who works there cleaning and going through all the edges of the food a with dirty super disgusting white cloth and cleaned super disgusting using the same cloth for everything she was “cleaning “ . I ate the food because I was hungry and I'm not a person to throw away food but think twice about going to eat here again and still today both of our stomach hurts if by the end of today my stomach doesn’t get better I will be contacting the Florida health department to place a complaint with my...
