T.J. Maxx — Local services in Hialeah

I walked in to do a return in the jewelry counter and the employee (rude latino older woman in her 50s with glasses on and brownish hair) told me she would not do the refund do to the items being passed the 30 days. I told her the items were bought the day after. She told me to speak with the manager. The manager arrives 10mns after i waited for her. The manager at first seamed knowledgeable and said yes to the employee and that the item can be returned and that the reciept wasn't passed the 30 days. I thought everything was fine in the process of my return when all of a sudden she forgot i had two items and got upset with me saying that "i should have told her and that now she couldnt do it because she had other customers to take care of". So the employee calls back the manager and tells her that i need to go back to the original store and that the receipt was showing as something else (a different item). Mind you the reciept had the right item written on there. The manager got upset with me and told me to go back to the other store to make my return and that she was to busy right now to process a return. I was furious because the other store was very far from home and the associate had told me i can return any item at any store as long as the reciept dosent pass the 30 days. Today for the first time I had a bad experience at the TJ Max on 499 W 49th St. I am a loyal customer of this chain and do all my shopping there or at Marshalls. Today in the jewelry department, Mrs. Belkis who was the one helped me when I returned a necklace that I bought a few weeks ago and then decided to return it. When I arrived, I asked her if the return was done there or at the main register, to which she replied that it was with her. While I was doing the return, she turned her back, counted with her fingers and audibly said: there are 4 days left until it's a month and also it's used, which is completely false, I'm not saying that because she didn't refer to me directly. I felt really bad because I've never been treated like that anywhere else. I really feel bad for people like this who make businesses lose...

I come to T.J Maxx for Make Up mostly. This is The most unorganized, unhygenic, T.J Maxx I've ever been to. T.J Maxx has nice palettes and lip glosses in other locations. I chose to come to the one in hialeah and Ive never regretted a decision more. There were piles of broken palettes, mirrors, a box sticking out of an isle with broken and leaking lipsticks(not one in the box or full with product), powder and glitter everywhere, and much much more. I understand that it maybe people that pass by and are gross open the palettes break/destroy containers but its also up to the staff here to throw these things away and not just leave them on display as well. I've been to other T.J Maxx's and see minimal damage but this just made me walk out without buying a...
