Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Hialeah

Id give it zero stars if possible today. I’ve been a cicis customer for over 5 years now and dine in often with my family of 4 & even bring up to 20 People total at once as a family gathering here at cicis.

I’m highly upset with the quality of service my family and I have received, since we arrived most of the pizza buffet have been empty , the a/c Feels as if it is off; everyone is sweating ; some clients have left without purchasing the buffet , as I should have done .

The MANAGER YADIRA of cicis Hialeah 401 w 49th st Fl 33012 is HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL and a horrible person over all to her fellow employees. She cursed and disrespected the poor employee Steven who took my paper slip personal order kindly , he told me 15-20 minutes. I waited 30 mins and went back to ask to pick up and she screamed in his face to leave her alone and tell me to wait 45mins MORE!

My family is now done eating, ready to leave so I told him never mind, it’s ok I won’t eat anything and we will be leaving now . But the kind male employee named Steven was nice enough to bring the pizza as i waited for my kids to finish playing in the arcade ; he made the pizza and delivered it to me against her wishes, immediately after the confrontation.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the higherup positioned rude manager Yadira who completely disregarded all responsibility instead of refilling the buffet and kindly tending to her guest as common courtesy.

Thank you and have a grate day, I will not be returning to this location ever again sadly until something is corrected with the current staff and it’s verbal abuse situation.

Not to Re-mention it’s empty buffet & suffocating atmosphere with barely air conditioning. All young staff were working hard as Yadira the so called manager in charge stood around screaming and cursing in Spanish and not tending to anything really .

Four employees basically took over today. The female cashier , the male cook, the female table cleaner & Steven.

We ordered via Uber Eats the $25 Family Meal: 1 large 1-topping pizza (chicken), 1 large meat eater, cheesy bread, and cinnamon rolls (20CT). We were very unhappy with both pizzas. The slices were very thin with very thin layer of cheese, sauce and were borderline dry. The pizza with chicken toppings barely had chicken toppings; the toppings were very tiny, little squares of chicken and only about 4 pieces to each slice. The meat eaters pizza was worse. If you have ever eaten a meat lovers or supreme (for example at Uno's) then don't order this because it was a misrepresentation based on what we received. It had one to two pepperonis and tiny slices of ham on each slice. The pizza slices were very thin with very little sauce and dry as well. Both pizzas were not flavorful. They overcompensated us with cheesy bread and cinnamon rolls however the pizzas were the main dish and we were very disappointed with what was delivered to us. It would have been helpful if we took pictures however we were too hungry and tired after a flight at the time and did not think to. The price of the meal enticed us however we paid the price of...

It wasn't that pleasant, they were short staff very short , it was very busy and the pizza bar and salad bar were empty!! We were there for at least an hour and half waiting for them to fill up but it took for ever , I left without able to eat the cesar salad because they never refilled it and I had asked how long would it take and they said they were preparing it , well it never came out while I was there , they pasta noodles were gone for quite a while and when they filled it up they were dry , which means they were sitting in the back for a while before they were able to refill , sad but all true .... I felt bad for the staff and there was this one girl in the front replenishing the bar but she just seemed so miserable...... wasn't a good experience at all today and the vibes in the place were horrible!! Place wasn't that clean Ethier we had to hunt for a clean table , please get more staff in there and if you are short on payroll that get a team of workers that will be able to handle things in a more positive way, Won't be going back to this one for a...
