Firehouse Subs — Restaurant in Hialeah

This location functions at a subpar level. It’s hit-or-miss (at best). I’ve been ordering from them at least once a week for the past two months now trying desperately to give them a chance but they have failed more often than not. I order through Postmates most of the time and I’ve had my orders cancelled various times because they apparently don’t have enough vegetables to make me a vegetarian sub. When I do get my food, I never get the pickle spear with it (I have only received it one time in all the times I’ve ordered). I’ve gone in person thinking that perhaps it’s the Postmates app that is to blame and I’ve been told in person that they don’t have enough veggies (after asking for more information I find out they have all the veggies but they’re just missing bell peppers so they can still make it but they don’t give me the option to get it without the peppers). Today was the last straw. I ordered through Postmates and they sent only one of the 2 subs I requested (they didn’t send the veggie sub I always order) and they also didn’t send my cokes but no one contacted me and I was charged for everything I ordered even though I didn’t receive it. I tried calling repeatedly and no one answers. The mailbox is full so I can’t leave a message either. These employees seriously don’t seem to give a damn and I’m surprised corporate hasn’t identified any issues here since this is a brand new store that opened just a few months ago. There are no other firehouse subs in this area so they’re definitely affecting the companies reputation. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review on a company, and I tried multiple times to give this branch a shot, but they’ve consistently disappointed me and someone really needs to hire other people who actually care about their...

I went here because I live in Broward and firehouse is very popular by me. I work here and wanted to get a sub. Very excited made my online order went to pick it up and left. Once I got back to work, the entire order was incorrect. I ordered a philly cheesesteak and somehow tomato and lettuce were added. Nothing was toasted. I spend $30 on two subs, a small and a medium, so I defiantly went back. Proceeded to tell the cashier what happened and she tried arguing with me at one point but I had my printed receipt so there was no argument. She said the girl that made the order was new and she offered to remake. Fine I took the remake because there is a GIANT sign that says no refunds (red flag) so I wasn't going to bother even asking. The remake was just as bad. We ended up throwing it all away and taking the loss because I wasn't going back a third time. I would understand if it was busy but there was barley any people inside (red flag). Horrible sandwiches' and I love firehouse just never ever going back to this one. terrible food with terrible attitudes because they had to remake their mistakes. What is even more irrigating about this whole thing is that it was 30 dollars for garbage....

They never answer the phone. When they answered I place an order. When I got home the order was completely different. They don't understand or speak English. She asked me if I wanted a pickle I said yes. They're always out of pickles are they forget the pickles. When I got there I said is a pickle in the bag she said no. We don't have any. I said why did you ask me on the phone if I want to pickle with it. I called corporate four times that's right four times. They said they would get back to me. To make it right they never have. This is almost every time I go there there's some issue. I've been waiting 6 months for corporate to get back to me . Justina you can't enjoy what you want to order. What they don't understand or do not train properly. It was a mess. It's a shame because I do like the franchise. For customer service communication on professionalism. Take a pic hopefully the corporate or the manager or the district manager or this location will reach out to me. And make it right. The fact that for 6 months and after 6 call they don't answer me.
