I’m very disappointed with my visit to Chick-fil-A today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12-count meal with two buns. My boyfriend asked about the price of the mac & cheese, and after hearing it was around $3, he said “no thank you.” When she told us the total was $16.35, after we realized we had been charged for mac & cheese we never ordered. This was especially frustrating since it was my boyfriend’s last $20 until payday.
The girl who took our order ended up telling another worker, Maria, instead of calling the manager directly. Maria then came toward our car with the manager, but we could already see she was walking up angry with an attitude on her face. From the moment they came to the car ,Maria didn’t let me talk she started telling the manger the story in front of me I don’t know who that girl thinks she is , she twisted the story to the manager to make us look bad, even though she wasn’t the one who helped us. She said “we told the worker we didn’t want the mac & cheese until after we paid” which is incorrect we told her the minute she told us the price of it why can’t they admit to there mistake. When I tried to explain, she looked at me in the face rolled her eyes and walked away as I was speaking to her. I’ve never experienced such thing.
Her behavior was nasty, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary — she provoked a bigger problem than what it had to be. Honestly, she should be fired, because the way she acted could have escalated the situation even further. The manager was much kinder when she spoke with us, but by then the experience had already been ruined. To make it worse, when we finally drove off, our fries and chicken were cold, so we didn’t even enjoy the food. We barely even ate it anymore out stomach was just hurting from the situation. I do appreciate the manger adding me the mac & cheese for the inconvenience, But this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A, and I truly hope corporate takes...
Read moreI was impressed with the customer service I got from Leanni, she was so sweet, had a smile on the entire time regardless of how busy and chaotic the line of people waiting was. She wasn’t phased by our serious faces to begin with from waiting but she actually put a smile on ours after a few seconds of speaking. Her smile and kindness was infectious!
If I could give a little advice, I would say that the employees outside organizing the cars to park up should have maybe a little sticky note and write down the order people were coming and to not get confused who gets to order next. Although my visit with Leanni was amazing I was instructed to park on #13 and no one came to help us. A car parked next to us and got helped right away. So we moved to #2 and well luckily that’s when we met Leanni. So I will keep the 5 stars because I was happy with her customer service but I do think the employees need to organize better how everyone gets served because there was no order, all of them were all over the place and it’s hard to tell whose next and who was helped etc. Anyway, thank you again Leanni for putting a smile...
Read moreIf I could give this place a 0 star review I would. I went to get food for my husband and I Saturday. My husband has dietary restrictions and can only eat certain food. I ordered him 12 GRILLED nuggets and when we got home they gave me the wrong order. I called them and spoke to a young lady and she told me to come back and they would correct the or came back today to get the correct order and they took 30 minutes to give me 12 grilled nuggets. I had ordered a salad probably after 15 min of when they got my receipt to correct the order and I got it before they even gave me the nuggets. Since they took 30 min and I still had to drive back to work I didn’t even check the nuggets since most of my lunch was spent waiting on them. When I get back, my husband tells me that they gave him regular nuggets… I called back and spoke to a lady in charge and she said it didn’t specify that it was grilled nuggets. I let her know it did. She asked me to back YET AGAIN to get the order correct… please don’t waste your time coming to this one when there is another one...
