Today September 27, 2023 around 5:30pm to 6pm I come to the drive thru to which I’m treated supper unwelcome. I go to ask if I can order and the “Artiza” women at the line to order starts scream “GIVE ME A MOMENT” which was super rude, there is a specific was one should speak to guest. Then when I got to order I kindly as her “hey it’s raining hard and I’m getting supper wet can I come to order in the window” (mind you nobody car/guest was at the window) and she states “no you can’t” and I ask again “can I please I’m getting wet my whole car is getting wet inside” she state “no you can’t” so I asked her for her name and she says “ Artiza” if the mangers can please talk to her about her attitude with guest. I ended up leaving and not being able to order my food because I should not be getting drenched while trying to order a drink. I drove 30 minutes to not even be able to get a drink because she wanted to be rude and unwelcoming. I don’t want the mangers to contact me for any type of gift card or anything, the only thing I want is for this not to happen to other people. If you have any questions please fell free to contact me. Overall, I had a very...
Read moreNot sure what has happened in the past few days, but the change in management is absolutely awful. A working nurse arriving at 6:30 for coffee shouldn’t be kicked out of the line 3 days in a row at 6:50. I’m not sure how the supervisor Cynthia operates; but if your closing times are 7 PM, then you should close at 7. Not 6:50 3 days in a row. Once it gets to 6:30 they start to PURPOSELY work slow (leaving huge gaps between the cars) so that they don’t have to complete orders they can just send everyone home. Again waiting 30 minutes to be sent home 10 minutes before you close is not acceptable. Then when you get your coffee, you gotta hope it’s one of the veterans because half the time it isn’t made appropriately. It’s sad to say, but it’s time to find a new Starbucks.. this one falls very short. Also where is William ? Does he even work...
Read moreThere were 5 people working at the time we came in the store, no lines, and only 2 customers sitting at a table having coffee. We literally waited over 7 minutes for one of the baristas to acknowledge we were even standing at the register waiting to order. They knew we were standing there because they all made eye contact with me, yet not one said hello or even said they will be with us in a minute. When they finally came to the register to asked for our order, the girl was obviously not a bit excited to be working and to top it all, they didn't have any of the drinks we wanted, no refreshers, no lemonade, nothing. So we ordered coffe and it was the most watered down coffee I've ever had. It truly did not feel like we were at Starbucks.. please drive a little bit more and go to another Starbucks, the kids here are not ready for...
