Burlington — Local services in Hickory

Not impressed with the selection of this location. (I have only been to one other Burlington, was not impressed with that store either.) I am never certain when is a good time to go to be able to find the best selection of items that I am looking for; because usually everything is picked over, or when I ask employees if they are getting a truck in, they usually tend to respond with "we got one in, but we aren't putting _ out until later this evening." With hopes of them putting new selection of said items on to the floor, I usually return the next morning to find that they haven't done as they said... Eh. Take it or leave it, usually everything is picked over...

I’m so happy they opened here I found lots of great stuff. Lots of gifts or ideas. Minus would be to the HQ itself during the holidays those poor workers need to be supplied with extra IT and other “things that could go wrong” things. Registers on weekends especially Black Friday going to be crashing. I worked at retail myself. And the amount of technical issues on this day is insane. Just for the season I think the help needs to be provided. By no means I’m upset about store itself, location of the items, amount of items or prices. It’s all great....

Very similar to Ross and TJ Maxx, but bigger. They do have a larger selection of baby clothes and things then the other stores. Staff was fairly friendly. The main issue with this store are the bathrooms, they have one toilet for the men and one for the women. Can't speak for the men's but the women's bathroom is pretty disgusting each time I've visited. The last time I was 8 month pregnant and had to pee suddenly but the bathroom was so nasty I had to leave without buying anything so I could go find a...
