Walked in with a good ten minutes left to browse for a birthday present. An associate was at the door when I entered, and she made a point to look at her watch then stare me down. As I walked towards the back/kid section, I could hear metal clanking - turns out, they were already pulling down the metal window protectors.

I finished looking with 5 min left to close - the baby toys section was BARE - and as I was leaving, the associate who stared me down as I entered had pulled down the metal window protector down the exit door and it was so obnoxiously low - that if I had been a mere 2 inches taller, I would have whacked my head on it. Again, there were 5 minutes left, but that associate was locking the entrance door as I left.

This place has some really good deals! The signs are confusing and are not visible especially the women's section. The customer service is poor! There is no greeting. During checkout, the staff are cursing and stating how they don't want to be there and ready to go. I don't want to hear this from staff especially when other people would be proud to have your position or any position. Lastly, there are no public restrooms. Like why? There are no fitting...

The store is a mess! Nothing organized and the management is a joke! We had to wait in line for 20 mins, almost walked out before I asked the manager if he could please get help for the customers waiting to be checked out... he seemed to be inconvenienced by my request but slowly walked to the register and began to wait on customers.. the staff don't seem to even want to be there, not very friendly nor helpful...I haven't...
