I was referred here from another hair stylist who was retiring. Worst mistake ever! I called to see if I could possibly get an appointment and was turned down without offering any options . Wasn’t looking to get my hair done right that day or week but I wasn’t even offered any future open spots. Whomever answered the phone sounded very dry and not interested. Basically told me she focuses on her “regulars” so she wouldn’t be able to accommodate me. Didn’t bother to offer any other times or dates that may have been open. I have never ever called a so called place of business to potentially become a new client and wasn’t accommodated. Guess that’s the way this place runs.
