I was in the store today and it became very clear that the way I was dressed made the staff feel as though I couldn’t “afford” the prices in the store. The first thing one of the employees said to me upon entering the store was “um hello, our clearance is up the stairs” as she looked me up and down ... I was completely dumbfounded. I felt offended and very very uncomfortable as the staff kept their eyes on me the entire time I was in the store, like I was going to steal something. It is one thing to say “make sure you check out our clearance” or even something else!! A freakin HELLO would’ve been better than profiling someone because of the clothes I was in. I had full intentions of buying most of the men in my family their Christmas gifts at this store today but they were not getting one cent of my money. Make conversation with your customers BEFORE looking them up and down and letting them know the clearance is “up the stairs”.I’ll take my business somewhere else. Absolutely...

Apparently my attire wasn’t fitting enough to get help or even acknowledgment from the staff. I’m a retail store owner selling other kinds of footwear and apparel, so I understand if you have shady people in your store, but sticking your nose in the air because I’m not dressed to their expectations or preference is just poor service. I needed an outfit for a wedding and was willing to spend the money for quality clothing and accessories, however, the absolutely terrible service sent me elsewhere.

Furthermore, the selection was mediocre at best. I’m sure the store will be fine without me, but buyer beware, if you like to wear Crispi Boots, KUIU hunting apparel, and wranglers, you won’t be welcomed...

This is almost two years ago now. Nice store but considering the atmosphere, the dapper young men who work there, and some of the styles, let's say I think it is a little tool"hip" for me. That look is great on a lot of men just not me. It was also a little weird, like there was a party and I wasn't in on it.
