Geek Squad — Local services in Hillsboro

I’ve been utilizing Best Buy‘s technical support as long as I can remember. Since before the name “Geek Squad” was even coined. Sure, there have been a few less than ideal specific situations, but two decades, and literally a dozen or more computers, laptops, & appliances later, I have purchased darn near anything that requires a power source from Best Buy specifically because of the customer service I received, over the years. The staff lack enthusiasm, they don’t really try to understand stand your issue if it’s complex and have a lot more rules if it’s apple products. Their not good at helping you or resolve your issues, don’t provide alternatives or straight forward suggestions and quite frankly don’t have good customer service skills, just go straight to the product merchant if you can instead of wasting your time,...
