It's a bummer that the service is so bad. Pizza is pretty good. Placed my order online, took a picture of the confirmation. Waited 30 minutes and drive to the location since they dont offer delivery. Got there at 9:00 and the girl says, "Sorry the kitchen is closed".

I proceeded to explain that I ordered 30 minutes ago online and I had proof of the order. She said, oh I didnt get any orders, our system has been messing up lately... Um okay, cool. So now I am standing there at 9pm with my two year old and six year old expecting to eat dinner and we wont eat for another half hour because we have to go somewhere else. Huge waste of time.

They didnt offer any coupons or compensation for the inconvenience, instead they were rude and brushed me off. I turned around to leave and the door was locked now (within my 1 minute of standing there). Standing there holding my two year old they didnt offer to unlock the door they watched me push on the locked door then I said, ok so I should use the other door in the bar to leave? The lady said "yep" without making eye contact and kept cleaning.

Rude staff, poor customer service. Tasty pizza. Too bad the business will suffer because of the girls behind...

We have been to this place twice now. The first time we went and it took forever to get our pizza! We ordered it to go and we waited an hour for it to finally get to us. When it did arrive, we discovered that there was Ketchup on it! Because of how long it took and the ketchup they gave us two coupons for our next visit. So we gave them another chance today and it was a disaster again. Didn't take as long this time but there were many mistakes! My husband had ordered it with alfredo sauce instead of red but that didn't happen, he also got a smaller size than he had ordered ( they charged him for the size we got but apparently just weren't listening very well). In the picture you can see that one of my slices is halfway just cheese without toppings and in the other picture you can see that the sticker was still on one of the pieces of bell pepper. We gave them a second chance but they failed again so we won't be coming back. The pizza tastes alright but just not worth the terrible service, thank goodness we had those coupons and didn't have to...
