Horrible!!!! Horrible front desk person who starts your appointment off with the worst attitude. I was there for two different CT with contrast. I was very nice as I gave her the script for my tests. No acknowledgment whatsoever!!!!! Proceeded to show me on the iPad my bill of 1200$ as I started to explained to her she waved her two hands in my face and said she isn’t billing. Quit frankly she don’t F care (not in those words). I then started to say what and decided to answer her back. She then quiet down and apologized to me and my daughter. I now had to deal emotionally with her aggressive attitude and nervous already about my tests. My heart rate was racing.

My appt was for 145. I was told I had to be there for 1pm. There was no directions give other that the directions I got from the other Radiologist location when I picked up the contrast. Waited it’s 115pm. No one is coming out to give me the other part of the contrast. I went up to the same lady and told her n she has no clue if I was there for CT with or without contrast. I said to her can you go and ask the technician.

They are quick to call several times about my insurance which I was on the phone with their billing office. With my insurance representative telling her that my insurance is 100% active.

Customer service has to be 100% at all these medical facilities. You don’t know what patients are going through. And here we are have to deal with the uneducated receptionists with an attitude. If you don’t like your job there are plenty of people out there...

I scheduled to have 2 MRI’s at the location in Somerset on Veronica Blvd but found out I couldn’t have an open MRI due to a medical implant. They offered to do one of the two tests in the regular MRI machine and to come back for the other. I asked if they could check if Hillsborough (Rt. 206) could accommodate me. They called over to Hillsborough and they set up an appointment later the same day to do both tests. I was thrilled that they did this for me. I arrived in the Rt. 206 Hillsborough location and the staff was WONDERFUL! They said they were expecting me. Monica took me back to perform the test. I thought my head would be out of the machine but she told me otherwise. She said let’s go take a look at the MRI because it is a wide bore machine. I looked and thought it was pretty wide. She said let’s give it a try. Monica and Tony checked in on me during the test and were SO caring. They really helped me get through both tests totaling about 45-50 minutes.Tony came to get me out after the last test and helped me off the table. He was SO caring and really listened to the concerns I had. Both of the techs were AWESOME and the staff AMAZING!! Mandy was also terrific and stayed late to make sure my MRI cd’s were burned on 2 separate discs!!...

I had an awesome experience all around . Text and voice mail instructions 24 hours before and same day appointment reminder . All instructions given verbally at the time of the appointment and again repeated during the reminder . Up to date COVID management with waiting in the car and I was immediately invited in as I informed them I have arrived via the text link . Waiting room was large and few people spaced adequately were sitting . Front desk receptionist was kind , sweet and efficient . Manager was nice and quick on her toes and experienced . The nurse was kind , experienced , professional , efficient and accurate . I was in and out in about 20 minutes for a calcium score. I definitely recommend this place to everyone living in the area and will go...
