University Radiology — Local services in Hillsborough Township

The staff is wonderful and helpful. Arrived on time and there was a brief wait. Very efficient. BE WARNED, however. There is a request form that they send you via email and text that they want to be filled out online detailing your entire medical history. It is extremely long. The worst part is that it is VERY poorly designed, and you cannot skip any sections,. I felt that it was way too detailed and time consuming and as I have been going here for 20 years. I was planning to go to a different radiology group instead of doing this, however I spoke with one of their staff, Brenda, who was very nice and understanding. I did not fill it out and went to the office to get my mammogram and they had all my medical information already taken from my files. Instead of me having to take a picture of my Insurance ID card and attach it online to their form, they just photocopied it as it should be. So if you are a client that has been going there, be warned! I for one am not going to do other people's...

I cannot recommend Hillsborough Radiology enough. I had extreme anxiety before my appointment and each receptionist I spoke with on the phone was kind, professional, and eased my anxiety about the test I needed. Nurse Andy was an absolute saint- she was clear about the procedure, what to expect, and was professional while providing great comfort to me. My wife had an ultrasound appointment here and the experience was amazing! The office is extremely clean and comfortable and everyone is very friendly. We were helped by Tracy at the front desk who was very pleasant and kind and our radiologist was Amy who was also extremely kind, patient and very informative. This office is just all round very welcoming and I can guarantee you wont regret...
