Our builder had an account with these guys and used them to select some really expensive built ins / panel ready appliances from Jenn-Air. the process was a bit slow and I had to do a lot of research on my own since they didn't provide much guidance. However, I put that past me and since the builder had an account it was probably the easiest method. I also used them to replace a full set of appliances in a rental property we owned too at the same time. Keep in mind this was probably in total well over 40K of high end appliances. Scheduling was a nightmare and so was the installation. Not only do they have to require separate days since one crew just delivers and another installs (I think it's because they use 3rd party crews maybe?) but none the less there were several problems with the installations that I had to use another contractor to fix. Also we had an issue with the installation of our appliances not being fastened properly to the cabinets or provided the correct hardware where I had to either fix myself (because no one returned calls or could even help). One of the stainless lines was also leaking...they did finally agree to ship me one (instead of just driving out here - a whole 10 minutes away). For the Ice Maker that had a bad pump they just passed me along to the manufacturer which I head to deal with for months....finally fixed. Then at our rental our cooktop had 2 burners go out right after the warranty expired, do you think they responded to an email or a phone call? nope. Replaced. Save your money and time, I've had better customer service at the big box stores but if you want to shop locally, go to Livingoods in Bluffton they have their own crews and hare very pleasant...
