We are In the Bluffton area on escape from the northern winter. Had passed this Mexican food truck a few times. Decided to give the a try. We are so glad we did and a little frustrated that we waited almost 2 weeks. Plenty of parking on site. Lots of outdoor seating. The area is clean and neatly kept. The staff are friendly and provide good customer service. The food is very, very good! We had the chicken burrito, which was almost too much of a good thing, and the chicken casidias. Very good food I went here con mi esposa para comida. I saw the burrito was 9 dollars. First thought it better be the best burrito with a lot of meat. Well, it really was. It took a little bit, maybe 10 minutes but it is worth it. Everything was hot and the steak was not dry. We got 4 tacos. 2 chorizo and 2 pollo (chicken) and both were very good. Simply amazing. We ordered a wide variety of their offerings and everything was fantastic! The Asada quesadilla was so good, we ordered 2 to go!
