City Electric Supply Bluffton — Local services in Hilton Head Island

Went in Feb 2024 to get parts for a floor outlet. Young guy at the counter had the worst attitude; he alternated between condescending and clueless when I tried to describe the floor outlet pieces I needed. He insisted I needed two components instead of one for this outlet. Turns out he was dead wrong, and I only needed the one piece. So I had to travel back for a refund. Lucky me, I got the same guy, who finally acknowledged me after finishing his sandwich. Never again, plenty of other suppliers...

I was in there 3 17 23 at 3 30, Two guys behind the counter doing nothing, no greeting at the door, I was looking on the tool wall, nothing is price looks like they were doing inventory, I was there about 15 min, never acknowledged me, I only have a small amount of time and needed some help, they choose to talk about personal stuff with some guy that was there, it was incredible how poor the service was, they need to be retrained or need to hire...

When in looking for some help. Just got yes no answers, no suggestion, and a lot of we don’t sell that when they had them in the shelves. The guy I spoke to didn’t know what a ring terminal was. This is supposed to be an electrical supply...
