I genuinely love Chipotleāitās my go-to over other alternatives near meābut the Hinesville location is falling short, and itās time for some serious improvements. Despite ordering ahead on Uber Eats 30 minutes in advance, I consistently find myself stuck in the drive-thru line waiting for them to finish my order. Even then, the order is often wrong due to a lack of attention to detail. Itās frustrating to plan ahead and still deal with these issues.
Whatās even more disappointing is the constant unavailability of vinaigrette. I initially thought this was an issue across all Chipotle locations, but I quickly realized itās unique to this one. Itās almost become a running joke that no matter what time of day I go, Iāll hear, āWe donāt have any vinaigrette.ā It might seem like a minor issue, but when your favorite addition to your bowl is perpetually unavailable, it becomes more than just an inconvenienceāitās flat-out disappointing.
After so many frustrating trips, Iāve finally decided to speak up. Iāve tried to stay loyal to Chipotle because I genuinely prefer it, but Iām seriously considering switching to Surcheros and using my monthly Uber credits there instead. Surcheros always delivers a better experience, with orders done right and far fewer headaches.
Please, do better, Hinesville Chipotle. I want to keep coming here, but youāve got to address these recurring issues. Your customers deserve a consistent and enjoyable experience, and that starts with better preparation, attention to detail, and actually having...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wanted a quesadilla for my son. You can only order that online unless you get a child's quesadilla. So as my family of 7 ate, I had to download the app to order. So as I stood in line, I downloaded the app and placed an order. So, it took about 5 minutes to download the app, create an account, and place an order, and the earliest it can be ready is 17 minutes after we sit down. 15 min later, it's ready. I tried to talk to the manager, but he was rude and annoyed. I asked for the GM's number and the store number. He told me that it was him. He then explained how Chipotle works, that the left side doesn't talk to the right side, and that there is nothing he can do, etc, and so on. Then, to top it off, the order I ordered online wasn't correct when it came out. He was like I gave it to you for free, what's it matter. After discussing the sides of restruant and accuracy, it's purely a moment of principle as I didn't ask for it for a reason. The kid hates salsa. The only side was to be white rice, not guacamole and salsa. He then left the restaurant and sped off in his car. Sometimes, a little customer service goes a long way, but to tell me there is nothing he can do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is pretty good. When I first went, it was very packed and had a long line. Although it was a long line, I was out within 10 minutes. Keep in mind, there were a good 8 people in front of me. Not including the ones already picking their sides.
The food was prepared correctly. The serving size fluctuates per visit. The first time, they were a bit on the conservative side. The second and third time were normal servings. Overall, flavorful and delicious.
The service was good. The employees were very nice. On my third visit, it seemed one of the customers were very particular on how they wanted their items. But the crew member at the time taking her order kept composure and attended her with a smile. Sadly I didn't ask for her name. But next time, I will update this post with her name. She was a Rockstar for sure.
The atmosphere was normal. Just like all other chipotle. The inside is actually very clean. I came in around 4pm on a Saturday and it was spotless. Very glad to see that š
In conclusion. I do recommend this location. It can be a hit or miss per franchise owner. But this one for sure hired the...
