My experience with this store has been absolutely exceptional! I have received the highest level of customer service from all employees during both phone calls and in-store visits. Torri, the Associate Store Manager, helped me purchase multiple Breville products (the Breville Oracle Espresso Machine and Breville Quick Touch Crisp Microwave). She was extremely helpful in assisting me with an exchange of a damaged product I received from another store in Portland, OR and ensured that I had a brand new one delivered to my front door. Torri's customer service was stellar and beyond reproach. Breville products maybe on the high end of the dollar spectrum, but you get the quality and craftsmanship you would expect at the higher price. The Oracle Espresso Machine has literally changed our lives and will pay for itself in less than year from not buying any more sub-par espresso drinks from Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts. I visited the Williams Sonoma store on 11/14 and had such a wonderful experience that I had to take the time to write a review. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with such expertise. His guidance made my purchase so much easier, especially for something as special as the cutting board I’ve always wanted (I have had my eyes on it for years!!)

The woman who checked me out was equally fantastic—so sweet and attentive. Her genuine warm aura really added to the overall experience. It’s rare to find such a lovely crew who genuinely cares about their customers, and I left feeling truly impressed.

The customer service at this store is subpar. I purchased a coffee maker that failed after a short time and after checking into our options was not only informed by the store that they could do nothing about it but denied even selling it. We also purchased an expensive pan described as lifetime which failed. After seeking help at the store, representatives could do nothing. We were directed to a 1-800 number and wouldn't even call for us. The items are very expensive with the customer service not matching the expense or the claimed quality...
