My sister booked a Bouncy house for my niece's birthday. From past experience the bouncy house is normally delivered, setup, and picked up by the rental establishment. Unfortunately my sister paid a deposit for the bouncy house and was then told that she had to pick up the equipment, set it up herself, and then return it. Of course I told her to cancel because that is insane.

My sister calls to cancel 3 days before her event and is told, sorry no refunds. Needless to say lesson learned, so of course we went with a better company (Uplifting Rentals in Dallas, GA) that does the bouncy house rental the way it should be for practically the same price that this company wanted us to do all the work for. Now we can have a Birthday party stress free without the hassle that they were trying to put us through. Hope that deposit goes a long way. We will definitely not use them...

Every part of planning my wedding was made smoother by the Unlimited Party staff! Not only were they cheerful and courteous over the phone as I was trying to decide which size tent to get, they were flexible throughout the entire planning process even up to a few days before the wedding.

We got married at a friend's house so we had a lot of flexibility with setting up and tearing down the wedding. The team who set up our tent was friendly and efficient and set our tent up two days before our wedding, and tore down two days after. Needless to say, this saved us a lot of stress!

I recently got married September 9th, 2017. I used Unlimited Party & Event Rental, because they were listed as the recommended vendors from our wedding venue. When my mother and me told them who was catering our wedding, they only had awful things to say about the caterer, which was very disrespectful. They were not apt to work with our other vendors, which took be aback. One of the employees "seemed" to be very helpful and told me to call anytime I had questions or needed to rent any other items.
