September 16, 2017 First of all I love Marshall's! I shop here a lot, but they were not good at making me (the customer) happy! I was returning a backpack that I had bought for my grandson on July 31. He used it since school started (August 1) and it came unstitched around the zipper and on the handle area. All they did was concentrate on the fact that it was over the 30 days for returns! I thought they might make an exception for the fact that the stitching came lose but no they wouldn't! What happened to "making the customer happy"?! To me it should be more important to do that than risk losing a customer! Marshall's might should think of using the same return policy Kolh's uses. I asked that if you so happen to see my mother in the store could you tell her the location of where I parked the car and proceeded to tell her where the car was at. I described my mother to her and told her that if she so happened to see her since it wasn't too serious, but Miss Tori walked to find my mother and tell her! One of the cashiers was extremely rude and said she couldn't do it that it was a warehouse problem. So I called the warehouse and they said the store had to do it.
