I ordered boneless spare ribs with shrimp fried rice. They told me the price was about 15 bucks. Figured there was a mistake. I asked if it was a large boneless spare rib with a large pork fried rice. The lady over the phone said no. That's for a combination. I responded. I'm trying to feed a couple of people. I need something bigger. Can you please give me a LARGE boneless spare rib and a LARGE pork fried rice. total came out to about $21. I show up to the store.pay for everything & when I grab the bag it feels kind of light so I open it up. I look inside and I see this small little container of boneless spare ribs which is not even enough to feed one person. Walked back to the counter and asked her if this is a mistake ? I ordered large boneless spare ribs and this looks like a small the lady responds. We only sell one size. And it looks like that size is small. I got so upset. I asked her if your size was small and you knew I asked for a large over the phone. Why didn't you tell me that you only sold one size and that size is super small. Unacceptable! Ordered food on their website, with delivery time 8:05. At 8:30, food has not arrived so we called the shop to check on the order. Their response: "The food is waiting for driver pickup, you will receive it soon". Ok, it is now 8:45, called again to check on the status. Their response: laughed- "This is crazy, I will call my driver and call you back...". Ok, it is now Past 9pm, over 2 hours since the order was placed and an hour passed estimated delivery time!. Called again to cancel the order - who would possibly want to eat cold food over an hour late? . Overall- we just never received the order placed and this is unacceptable! Never going back. Been going here awhile now for about 3 months, at least once a week. Never had an issue until I ordered today, Labor Day. Ordered general tso’s chef special with an egg roll. 1 hour passed and I called in to see what was up (usually only takes 45 minutes or less). The employee acknowledged and apologized that it was late. She said it would be there in about 3 minutes (how long it takes to get to my place via bike). 20 minutes later my food arrives. I open the bag and go to take out my food, when I realize that my containers are soaked in general tso’s sauce. I discover further that the entire bag had been fipped over.
